This website and the licensed bench are operated by Solene AI Assistant LLC, doing business as Trillion Studios (“Trillion Studios,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the local production bench and this website at trillionstudio.org.
1. Who we are
Solene AI Assistant LLC d/b/a Trillion Studios is a production company. The licensed bench is local desktop software for faceless video. Contact privacy@trillionstudio.org or johnsonjj013@gmail.com.

3. Information we collect
On your device
Scripts, captions, video files, and technical logs you create stay in folders you choose. If you connect your own TikTok or YouTube, OAuth tokens are stored locally on that computer so the bench can publish when you ask. Trillion Studios does not scrape TikTok, does not crawl TikTok for content, and does not embed or display TikTok feeds on this site.
TikTok (Login Kit and Content Posting)
The TrillionStudio desktop app is for operators posting original videos we own to TikTok accounts we own. It is not a public user-facing uploader. We use official TikTok OAuth (Login Kit, desktop) and the Content Posting API inbox upload. Scopes: user.info.basic (to identify the connected owned account) and video.upload (to send a local MP4 into that account’s inbox). Access tokens and refresh tokens stay on the operator’s computer. We do not request Direct Post, video list, comments, or research scopes.
On this website
The site is static. Hosting may keep standard server logs. We do not run an account system or advertising pixels on this site.

If you write to us, we receive the address and message you send.
4. Third parties
If you connect TikTok, YouTube, or a voice/video provider you configure, those services process data under their own policies. We only send what is required to generate audio or publish a video you requested. We do not sell personal information.
5. How we use information

- Complete an upload you start
- Respond to studio mail
- Secure and operate this website
6. Storage and retention
Local files remain until you delete them or uninstall the bench. You can revoke platform access in TikTok or Google settings. Server logs are kept only as long as needed. See User data deletion.
7. Sharing
We share information with the platforms you connect, only to complete the action you requested, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.
8. Your choices
Delete local drafts and token files at any time. Revoke OAuth in the platform’s account settings. Email privacy@trillionstudio.org to ask questions or request deletion of email you sent us.
9. Children
The bench and this site are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the “Last updated” date.
