Terms of Service
This website and the licensed bench are operated by Solene AI Assistant LLC, doing business as Trillion Studios (“Trillion Studios,” “we,” “us”). The contracting party is Solene AI Assistant LLC d/b/a Trillion Studios. Trillion Studios is a fictitious business name of Solene AI Assistant LLC. By using the production bench or this website, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Trillion Studios licenses local desktop software for faceless video. It helps you write, render, and publish original short-form videos to the TikTok account you own (via Login Kit and Content Posting inbox upload) and, if you choose, to a YouTube channel you control using the official API. Publish is operator-initiated. The TikTok integration is not a public uploader: an operator signs in with official OAuth and sends original videos we own to accounts we own. We do not scrape TikTok. OAuth tokens stay on the operator’s computer. Trillion Studios does not post to accounts the company does not own and does not embed or display TikTok feeds. You remain the owner of your accounts and content. This website describes the house. It is not a social network and has no user login.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You may only connect accounts you own.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you publish and for following TikTok, YouTube, copyright law, and community guidelines.
- You will not use the bench to spam, impersonate others, or post content you do not have rights to.
- You will not probe, disrupt, or misuse platform APIs.
4. API access
Platform posting uses official OAuth. TikTok scopes we use are user.info.basic and video.upload only. You can revoke access at any time in your TikTok or Google settings. We may refuse actions that look unsafe or against platform rules.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of scripts and videos you create. You grant us a limited right to process that content only to provide the feature you requested.
6. Disclaimers
The software and website are provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that a platform will accept every upload. We are not liable for account penalties, lost views, or failed uploads caused by platform changes or misuse.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solene AI Assistant LLC d/b/a Trillion Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim will not exceed USD $50.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
