Terms of Service
Effective date: August 17, 2026 · Last updated: August 17, 2026
By using the Trillion desktop studio or this website, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
TrillionStudio provides the Trillion desktop studio: software that helps you write, produce, and publish original short-form videos to platforms you connect (including TikTok and YouTube) using official APIs. You remain the owner of your accounts and content. This website describes the studio. It is not a social network and has no user login.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you publish and for following TikTok, YouTube, copyright law, and community guidelines.
- You will not use the studio to spam, impersonate others, or post content you do not have rights to.
- You will not probe, disrupt, or misuse platform APIs.
4. API access
Platform posting uses OAuth. You can revoke access at any time in your TikTok or Google settings. We may refuse actions that look unsafe or against platform rules.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of scripts and videos you create. You grant us a limited right to process that content only to provide the feature you requested (for example, sending a file to a platform upload API when you publish).
6. Disclaimers
The software and website are provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that a platform will accept every upload. We are not liable for account penalties, lost views, or failed uploads caused by platform changes or misuse.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrillionStudio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim will not exceed USD $50.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
